Rex Ryan, the head coach of the New York jets, criticized several of his players after anonymous quotes ripping quarterback Tim Tebow were published. Ryan called the players "cowards" for not using their names when they insulted Tebow. Now Ryan is right; anonymous quotes are for liars and wimps. But I feel Ryan is overlooking one huge detail in this story. The fact that Tim Tebow is an objectively terrible quarterback who doesn't even deserve to play Canadian football. Ryan knows that any criticism of Tebow will inevitably turn into criticism of himself. So I think we should face the facts. Tebow is a terrible quarterback, the Jets are cowards, Rex Ryan is pathetic, and the entire franchise should stop bothering real football players.
